Job Description:-
Must Have:
Customer facing skills to drive discussions with senior client constituents regarding trade-offs, best practices, project management and risk mitigation
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
Highly technical and analytical, with significant experience in IT implementation
Deep hands-on experience leading the design, development, deployment and management of scalable, highly available and fault tolerant business systems
Proven experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile/iterative methodologies required
Passionate about learning and be able to absorb new technologies quickly Experience with IT compliance and risk management requirements (e.g. security, privacy, SOX, HIPPA etc.)
Current hands-on software development experience required; Internet-related business models preferred
Must be experienced with development with Microservice architecture Technical Expectation Knowledge of OOPS, SOLID principles and design pattern is a must have.
Strong experience .NET Application Architecture, Solutioning and Estimations with adherence to memory management, security, infrastructure
Experience on working with Microservices architecture environment, RESTFUL architectures, JSON exchange formats, .NET Web API 2.0 REST API's
Databases: Knowledge of SQL databases (Schema Design, Stored Procs, views etc, Writing Complex Queries, Performance optimizations)
Experience in UI frameworks like Angular, React with understanding of various UI architectures. Should be well aware of concepts like routing, state management, security Nice to Have:
A strong social following in Microsoft .NET community
Experience on Azure App Services, Azure VM's, Azure Functions, Service Fabric etc.
Experience on NoSQL databases like Cosmos DB
Machine Learning Services and Operationalization
Experienced in designing multi-cloud workloads Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead RFP's - Understand client requirements, drive discussions, design solutions and effectively present them to the client
Design architecture solutions, define infrastructure, devops and groom the team on best practices to deliver a high-quality product
Design, Deploy, manage, and operate scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems
Define and deliver technical engagements with partners and customers. This may include participating in on-site visits with prospective customers, understanding customer requirements, and proposing and delivering packaged offerings, and delivering custom solution engagements.
Delivery Engagements may include short on-site projects proving the use modernization of existing application
Insights - Work with engineering teams to convey customer needs and feedback as input to technology roadmaps. Share real world implementation challenges and recommend new capabilities that would simplify adoption and drive greater value.
Collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to identify areas to improve customers business and technical landscape
Be a thought leader - Provide innovation ideas and implement them.
Understand the industry trend and help organization to build knowledge capabilities of engineer for upcoming needs"
