Requirements:

a. Effective Communication Need to handle the communication with coding leads/coding
directors/senior management.

b. Highly skilled in MS Excel/VBA Macro/Dashboards.

c. Effective team management.

d. Prior experience handling MIS projects/team.

e. Experience in RPA, BI tools (Power BIEtc.) would be an additional benefit.

Key areas to cover:

Managing the email/web portal daily downloads for coding production and ensure that no downloads are missed under any circumstances
Effectively manage the process of validation/reconciliation on a daily basis.
Ensure that the team members are effectively utilized and report the utilization every week to the leadership team with the justifications of increase/decrease.
Closely monitor all the coding related reporting process and ensure 100% accuracy.
coordinating with coding leads/management to communicate and track the changes and implement the same across the team.
Process enhancements to manage the additional adhoc works (vacation coverage's/other automation implementations related work) with the support of the team.
Manage the leave requirements very effectively to ensure the smooth functioning of the process (very sensitive).
Effective team management Ensure that the team is available during the holidays to complete the work if there is a requirement from operations team.
