Note: Preferred Candidate from Banking/ BFSI sector Only

Key responsibilities:

• Branch administration at authorize level
• Enhancement of Deposit pool from customers.
• Credit Underwriting of retail loans like tractors / small commercial vehicles.
• Regulatory compliance.
• Manage productivity, the morale of branch personnel.
• Establishing standards and delivery of customer service.
• Sale of non-deposit products. Cross-selling targets progressively.
• Sale of MF and insurance products.
• Fee income.

Candidate Profile / Experience / Education Qualification

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Should have a minimum of 2 yrs of experience as Branch Manager/ Head
• Enhancement of Deposit pool from customers
• Establishing standards and delivery of service
• Sale of non-deposit products. Cross-selling targets progressively
• Sale of MF and insurance products
• Branch administration
• Regulatory compliance
• Maximum Age - 40 yrs
