Job Description

Minimum Experience Criteria
Candidate must have real time experience of 3yrs+ in Core Hadoop administration. Qualifications/Skills
1. Expertise in Hive an Impala
2. Working experience in Hadoop Security (TLS Encryption)
3. Working experience in Kerberos + AD
4. Strong Unix Background
5. Clear understanding of Networks and Firewalls
6. Working Experience in Cloudera distribution Hadoop(CDH) is must
7. Working experience with Spark, Solr, Hbase and Kafka are preferred
8. Cluster Performance tuning
9. Experience with Monitoring tools like Ganglia , Splunk and Nagios.
10. Experience in automation tools Chef + Scripting are preferred.
11. Cluster Performance tuning.
12. Expert in TLS encryption setup with extensive troubleshooting skills.
13. Experience in cluster expansion and cluster upgrade.
14. Ownership and leading technical resolution for high severity production incidents ( Sev 3 high, Sev 2 and Sev1 ).
15. Should have ITIL process understanding.
