Looking for Unit Head - Ad sales for one of the leading publication in India. Location would be (Pali near Jodhpur).
Job Responsibilities:
Managing & driving Ad Sales revenue and growth in defined markets through space selling. Generating revenue through mapping clients, Identifying USPs, building and making a compelling pitch, negotiations / closure & servicing) Leading a team. Guiding, mentoring and motivating them. Relationship management with key stakeholders/Agencies/Clients and channels for business development. Establishing sales strategies and its implementation in the assigned market. Ensure optimum market penetration. Business Development / Negotiations / Relationship Management, PR Coordination with Media Agencies & Clients to ensure sales. Identifying New Business Opportunities from the Untapped Markets and further develop the New Market in given segment. Maintain client servicing and ensure daily call targets are met as per the defined norms. Monitoring and ensuring performance of the team members and identify leaders.
