Job Location - Chennai
Working hours - Rotational shifts
1 Rotational week off
Role & Responsibilities :
The Process trainer coordinates and oversees internal and external Training operations for either a specific deal or a cluster of deals within the same vertical In addition, this position establishes and manages relationships between the CD team, Key internal Customer, Clients and other stakeholders.
This position also promotes a team-oriented environment through people development, strong leadership, continuous improvement, and cross-functional support.
Primary responsibility is to ensure that knowledge Management activities are taken care of. This includes Onboarding to on floor training, tracking & measurement.
Monitor, measure and report on employees training and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales
The primary role of the Process Trainer is to lead new hire training activities. Develop, periodically review and implement project-specific and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), training for new and existing employees of the project assigned.
- Develop a schedule to assess training needs
- Conduct employee surveys and interviews
- Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership
- Track and compile collected data
- Conceptualize training materials based on data and research
- Communicate training needs and online resources
- Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
- Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technology
- Test and review created materials
- Maintain a database of all training materials
- Instruct employee training and onboarding
- Conduct training through new materials
- Review employee performance and learning
- Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment
Requirment -
Minimum 1.5+years of expertise in delivering process training
Excellent communication skills
Graduation is must
