Job Description

Were hiring Customer Success Operations Manager for a SAAS based logistic company in Noida. This position will report to VP (or Director) of Customer Success.

Desired Candidate Profile
3+ years in Customer Success functions at a Enterprise/ B2B SAAS companies

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) should possess a mixture of consultative sales and analytical Project Management skills with a strong desire to do everything it takes to make the Customer successful!.

Have a strong business sense to keep looking out for new use cases and solutions using Transportation Intelligence to create win-win situation with customers.

Experience in managing customers both large and small and knowing how and why to manage them differently.

Roles and Responsibilities

You will be interacting with key people (Partners, CXOs, VPs) from venture funds and corporates globally.

Identify the real reasons for customer churn and help prevent it.
