Job Description
About the Role The role is a Product Owner / BA Role for Credit Corporate Bonds Trading applications. Meteor Gator are the corporate bond trading applications. The person hired in this role will be the PO for both Meteor Gator applications, Meteor Scrum team is entirely present in India, Gator Team members are across Us India. Major tasks of the role includes owning the product backlog, Interacting with Credit Traders across US/London/Asia and writing the user stories, maintain and prioritize the product backlog. Roles and Responsibility
- Impact, Dependency Analysis, Data Mapping, functional and technical analysis of UI, cache, database to the business.
- Impact Analysis of upstream, downstream adjacent systems to Meteor
- Gator, FISTs/Catalyst, DataLink, SDT, Kraken Agency, SOM, Volcker, Reuters, SOM, OTIS(Lendability), Symphony(Eagis), Kraken CDS, FACS, Blackrock the ecn s.
- Structured Analysis to understand and document the ecn s flows to Market Axess(US, Non Dollar), Bloomberg(BOLT, ALLQ), TradeWeb, Bond Desk, TMC, Knight BondPoint, Charles Schwab, Merrill, NYSE.
- The identification, analysis and validation of the Security Grid and its functions and their sources.
- Update Analytics, BBG(ATS, COV, DES, HDS, NIM, PSU, YAS, YASQ), Competitive Pricing, Callable Internotes, Mat. Strategy, etc.
- Structured Approach to analyze, prepare all artifacts related to Data Feeds to Security Grid - GSpread, ISpread, OAS, ASW Spread, ZSpread Basis, CDS Data, Convexity, DV01, EBITDA, EBITDA Margin, EV, Net Debt, Runs, Spread to Govt. , Step Down Fixed, Step Down Float, WACC, etc.
- Analyze and validate the strategies pricing(Outside bid, ask) calculations, markups, competitive strategies used for trading with Market Axess, Bolt, AllQ, Bond Desk, TMC, Knight BondPoint, Charles Schwab, Merrill, NYSE SOM.
Essential Qualification
- Excellent Markets knowledge across Fixed Income
- Excellent Front to Back (full) Trade Lifecycle knowledge
- Extensive data analysis, data mapping, functional and technical analysis experience working at Tier 1 investment bank
- Proven, significant and demonstrable experience of analyzing and documenting business requirements for global applications
- Proven, significant and demonstrable experience of following a structured approach to analysis, including the preparation of all related artefacts (e.g. functional system specifications, data feed specifications, etc.)
- Strong technical written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of the project lifecycle and application development process including best practice methodologies
- Ability to convey requirements to developers in the technical language understood by developers
- Front Office IT experience ,Middle, Back Office IT experience
- Previous experience of working within both Agile Traditional development teams
- Ability to work under pressure to demanding and exacting deadlines
