Position Details
Location: Lucknow
Territory to be handled: Entire UP
Experience: Minimum 3years of experience in service in similar industry.
Products: Kitchen appliances products like chimneys, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hobs etc.
Job Profile
1. To ensure service deliverance and achievement of Key Processing Index targets.
2. To set the KPI goals to the service franchisees for smooth service operations and monitor the same.
3. To give best sales support to all partners, stakeholders and customers.
4. To ensure all the Service Engineers are well trained, technically qualified and groomed well in soft skills
5. To provide timely support to the service partners and keep them updated on the company policies and processes.
6. To ensure service centers are planned spare MSL and support in commercial issues
7. Service network expansion: Appoint new Service Franchisee as per requirement and call load.
8. To provide technical support and training to Service Franchisee Engineers: Provide technical and refresher training. Provide technical support. Maintain the recommended tool kit.
9. Attending all Hi-End / escalated customers calls: Provide personal attention .Ensure customer satisfaction by timely installation/ complain resolution.
10. To ensure Hfele service processes are timely implemented by Service Franchisees:
11. All processes like policy, warrant, terms, Job Sheet, other technical process.
12. To ensure that customers and CCMS if timely updated w.r.t. all pending calls and status.
13. To act as a support hand to service franchisees for all operational issues: Creating MSL Arrange required spare on time. Buffer technician . Clearing commercial issues in trade
14. To evaluate monthly calls for Franchisee Claims, ensure timely payment to Franchisee and resolve commercial issues.
15. Creating awareness about toll free number at trade. Submitting Claim report on time
16. Ensure timely payment to Service Franchisees by coordinating with Accounts department.
17. To submit monthly reports on timey basis.
Qualification : Diploma in any engineering or B.E./ B.Tech
Note : We need candidates with similar experience, excellent interpersonal skills, dealer management experience.
