Handling customer queries through telephone or emails.
# Dealing with lead generation department for routine leads for calls.
# Coordination between sales, lead generation team, and CRM Team.
# Responsible for taking complete client experience ownership.
# Prefer someone from the machinery Show Rooms
# Maintain Complete Lead Database & Reports.
# Good coordination with Sales team manager and teammates.
# Candidate should achieve daily and monthly Client meeting targets.
# Arrange daily meetings via telecalling.
