Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for contributing to the development of test automation for the CRM applications built on Salesforce.
Contribute to test automation strategy and the test delivery plan.
Develop reusable automation assets that can be shared with multiple groups.
Maintain the code quality and contribute to continuous improvement.
Identify automation opportunities outside of what the manual test cases explicitly state.
Introduce efficiencies and utility based scripts that assist with pre-condition data preparation, data validations, environment stability checks, etc.

Participate in focused groups, communities, technical discussions, and generate ideas.

Essential Qualifications: Candidate should have working experience as seasoned automation engineer for Salesforce implementations. Must have at least 8+ years of engineering or QA automation experience of which minimum of 3 plus years using selenium.

Has excellent understanding of different Automation testing Frameworks.
Has good understanding of the salesforce platform and APIs.
Develop, maintain and execute automation scripts.
Continuous Integration and Testing using Jenkins and Maven
Good experience in Selenium and should be able to efficiently Develop new functions, debug functions in library files and enhance/customize existing framework and implement ideas to improve efficiencies.
Should have experience on any version control tool.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
Participating in testing and updating the business continuity plan
The flexibility to work outside of normal working hours to meet deadlines.
The ability to understand team dynamics and use interpersonal skills and personal judgment to achieve goals

Desired Qualifications:

Salesforce Certified administrator is a plus
Expertise in banking domain.
