We are looking for a talented Product Designer to create amazing user experiences. The ideal candidate should have a passion to solve user experience problems and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artefacts and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
Qualification & Skills :

• 3-6 years of experience designing consumer design experience.
  
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in design or related field or commensurate work experience
  
• Demonstrated ability to deliver large scale strategic design initiatives with a bias toward scalable systems and patterns.
  
• Demonstrated experience designing in sprint environments
  
• Mastery of standard interactive design tools and process
  
• Demonstrated ability to influence and lead projects from concept to delivery and ongoing improvement
  
• Strong interpersonal skills
  
• Strong visual/interaction design skills
  
• Experience in working with design systems
  

What we're looking for:

• 3-6 years of experience in designing UX for consumer digital products.
  
• Demonstrated record of handling multiple requirements and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  
• An effective communicator and a thorough collaborator who exchanges ideas enthusiastically
  
• Self-driven individual who lives to solve challenges related to User Experience
  
• Experience working in a startup environment
  
• Ability to establish and run good design processes (exploratory and evaluative research, sprints, reviews etc.)
  
• Designing and delivering wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimised for a wide range of devices and interfaces
  
• Contribute to PRDs and convert them into design ideas.
  
• Contribute to process development, organisation of work, data and assets, constantly develop better tools for the organisation for a collaborative work environment
  
• Are interested in actively designing the product by himself/herself
  
• Deep understanding of the business and immense empathy for the user
  
• A point of view on the design aesthetics for the health space
  
• Currently working as a Senior Product Designer in a collaborative space with UX & visual designers
