Experience in UK payroll processing
Knowledge of UK payroll finance reconciliation activities
Knowledge of UK payroll Tax, NI and tax year end activities including P11D, P60 and RTI
Proficient in PC skills and MS office applications (including power-point)
Analytical and presentation skills
Interaction with customer, vendor and 3rd parties
Ability to lead the teams as an Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Team handling experience for 2-4 years in outsourcing environment
Exposure to audits, BS7799, ISO, Quality standards, Continuous improvement etc
Ability to manage multiple payroll cycles and complex payroll calendar
Setting and driving targets, goals etc. for the team
Interviewing skills
Knowledge of any payroll ERP (Oracle, SAP, People Soft), preferably Oracle Roles
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 7 years of experience, people management experience is must
