Role Trainer- Machinist Work Experience Min. 10 -15 Years in reputed training Institutes or Industries Educational qualification Min. Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing Engineering Age ( as on date of Interview) Below 50 years Job Description Expertise in conventional lathe and milling machines , CNC Milling/Turning machines by adjusting feed, locations of surfaces & other machining parameter settings as necessary. Good exposure in CNC machines- HMC/VMC Reviews drawings, instructions, reference planes, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters; interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T),blueprints or samples to ensure accurate making of exercise. Ensuring safe operations by adhering to safety procedures & maintaining workstation's 5S. Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs. Ensuring the output quality by taking precise measurements for cutting or shaping, selecting appropriate machine , settings the parameters, proper sequence of tasks to complete the assignment. Maintains inventory of spare parts & raw materials. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed & motivating the trainees. Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
