Purpose:
Responsible for supporting Kashflow clients that are having technical problems with its suite of applications. With excellent customer service skills, you will always provide a professional standard level of support to all customers and internal teams. Please note that Kashflow ia a book keeping software largely used in UK.
Description:
- is responsible for supporting and assisting both client and internal teams with technical queries on the Kashflow suite of applications.
- is able to ensure the customer requirements are met or, where possible, exceeded
- is able to manage customer expectations and communicate well at all levels
- is able to communicate effectively with customers through voice and email.
- maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
Required Skills:
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
Candidates should be willing to work in UK Shift and should have accounting subject either in UG/PG.
