Job Description

Position: HR System Consultant

Role: FTC (Full time contract)

Duration: 1 year

Location: Bangalore

Payroll Partner: Ascent

We need a high performing IT professional who has worked in configuring, supporting and managing HR Systems (Successfactors, Peoplesoft, Workday, etc.). In this role, the person will be responsible for working closely with various HR teams, understanding requirements, presenting a solution and configuring the same.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with various HR teams, understand the problem statement and break it down into smaller parts
• Analyze the impact of the problem and propose a technical solution with alignment of the HR SPOC
• Work with HRIT to get the same configured in the system
• Responsible for all tickets and providing a solution in defined SLA

Minimum Requirements:

• Have a very good understanding of HR domain
• Has worked on either one of HR systems for minimum 3 years (Successfactors, SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday)
• Expert in Excel
• Preferred B Tech (Computer Science)/MCA, but open to anyone with very exceptional computer skills (database, programming concepts) 
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Must be detail and result oriented; proactive, flexible and adaptable
• Exceptional in learning new technologies and methods quickly.
