Job Description

Drive operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing strategic program, in a large

scale Fulfilment/ warehouse setup.

* Controls metric of the function & SOPadherance

* Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with companys policies & vision.

* Maintain standards of health/safety/hygiene & security.

* Customer focused & results driven approach.

* Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design

layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for

replacement.

* Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling. Engaging and assigning

employees; following up on work results.

* Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees;

planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

* Leading a larger team of 150-200 manpower

* Exceptions needs to be handled with consensus

*Generate reports for monitoring goods for related bulks and area

* Ensure that all operations related matters are sorted out with relevant team

* Suggest and implement improvements needed in the existing processes

* Reconciliation and work with Ground Ops to close all issues within TAT

Location:- Malur

Experience:- 0 to 5 years
