Job Description
One of the leading E learning / Eductech is looking for Graphic DEsigners/ Illustrators.

Role brief
The Creative Associate will be a member of the media team under the Content function. The incumbent will be responsible for the graphic design, illustrations and making the lessons visually appealing.
Key Result Areas
Lesson Deck Production: Create and design various concept visualization through sketches Illustrations and Build Captivating Design and Art ideas that conveys learning Content. Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule while overseeing design changes and improvements throughout the development process. Understanding design trends and Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications Work with a wide range of media and use design softwares
Key Performance Indicators
Creation of graphics, templates and illustrations by self Quality of lessons in terms of creativity, engagement, interactivity and gamification Project completion as per set timelines, volume and efficiency Constant support to the team Self-driven initiatives taken towards organizational development
Qualifications required
- Bachelors degree in Graphic arts, design, communications, or related field Certificate/diploma in relevant discipline
Experience required
- 2-5 years of experience in the Design and Illustration
- Experience as a graphic designer/illustrator in an edtech firm is a plus
Skills & personal attribute
Sound knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design software Working knowledge of Articulate 360 and/or other elearning interactivity tools preferred Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects Strong analytical skills Excellent eye for detail Hands-on experience working on Google Slides, Microsoft Powerpoint, Keynote and other presentation softwares Powerful domain expertise Entrepreneurial mindset Creative instructional approach Friendly with basic technology Work discipline and leading by example Ability to work with diverse team(s) and team members Ability to adapt to a highly dynamic working environment
