We have job opening for AGM/DGM- Operation Coke oven plant

Experience -15+

Location: East India

Education - BE in Chemical/Mechanical/Metallurgy

Job Description:

1. Achieving production targets to fulfil daily and monthly requirement of BF coke as desired by blast furnaces & by-products as per demand of internal as well as external customers

2. Implementation of safety standards as per company guidelines

3. Ensuring healthiness of the pollution control equipment to adhere to applicable environmental norms

4. Day to day coordination with BF, RMHS, FMD & other auxiliary departments

5. To co-ordinate with mechanical and maintenance teams to plan short term as well as long term shutdowns of plant equipment to maximize equipment availability

6. Monitor coal, coke and by-products quality on daily basis and plan corrective action in case of deviations

7. Tracking of key process KPIs and take corrective action in discussion with area in-charges of Material Handling, Battery Operation, Process and By-product plant

8. Implementation of action plan relating to training & development of subordinates

9. Ensuring adherence to KPIs as contract owner of contracts in operation

10. Implementation of initiatives like ISO, TPM, Process Safety etc across the department.
