Looking for mid-level Sales Executive for IT Staffing and Consulting company based in USA

Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads for Consultants on the bench and maintain existing vendor & client relations to enhance business.
- Generate requirements from new and existing vendors through cold calling.
- Should be aggressive, excellent team player and well aware of the technologies in the market
- Pitch the consultant skills to vendors and partners to make quick and effective submissions
- Follow up and coordinate interviews for consultants
- Complete placements and coordinate paperwork with legal.
Must Have:
At least 2 years experience in IT Staffing recruitment / placements
Aggressive Personality and Go Getter Attitude
Excellent Communication Skills
Excellent team player and aware of the technologies in the market
A strong work ethic. We want someone that takes initiative and gets things done.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment where you can put your multi-tasking skills to full use.
A passion for customer service. Your goal is to make sure your customers are 100% satisfied.
Ability to adapt well to changing circumstances and are open to new ideas and alternative approaches.
Expectations & Goals
Position Expectations
- You are expected to work 5 days per week Monday through Friday
- You are expected to work U.S. time, in the Eastern Standard Time Zone (EST)
- You are expected to work 8 hours per day excluding 30 minutes off for lunch and 2 -15 minute breaks
- You are expected to begin work promptly at 10:00 AM EST to 6:00 PM EST
- You are expected to be available over whatsapp during those hours without delay
- You are expected to fill out your reports each and every work day and have it approved each day at 6:00 PM EST by your manager
- You are expected to meet your daily and weekly Key Performance Indicator Goals (KPIs)

Job Location : Habsiguda - Hyderabad , New Town - Kolkata and Vishakhapatnam
Shift timings - 9 - 6 PM EST (NEW YORK TIME) , 6.30 pm to 3.30 am IST
