Responsibilities:
- Develop a pipeline of highly qualified candidates by tapping into a variety of different sources, from candidate databases, networking events, referrals, or social media channels
- Maintain strong relationships with qualified Technical talent to fully understand what really makes them tick and match them with the right client.
- Position & pitch company and yourself in front of the potential candidates with the goal in mind of helping candidates find the right opportunity for their career and company the right talent for their clients.
- Ensure successful hiring of candidates by navigating the interview process; negotiating pay and position expectations and communicating regularly with employees to monitor and maintain satisfaction.
Must Have:
At least 2 years experience in IT Staffing recruitment / placements
A strong work ethic. We want someone that takes initiative and gets things done.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment where you can put your multi-tasking skills to full use.
A passion for customer service. Your goal is to make sure your customers are 100% satisfied.
Ability to adapt well to changing circumstances and are open to new ideas and alternative approaches.
Expectations & Goals
Position Expectations
- You are expected to work 5 days per week Monday through Friday
- You are expected to work U.S. time, in the Eastern Standard Time Zone (EST)
- You are expected to work 8 hours per day excluding 30 minutes off for lunch and 2 -15 minute breaks
- You are expected to begin work promptly at 10:00 AM EST to 6:00 PM EST
- You are expected to be available over whatsapp during those hours without delay
- You are expected to fill out your reports each and every work day and have it approved each day at 6:00 PM EST by your manager
- You are expected to meet your daily and weekly Key Performance Indicator Goals (KPIs)

Job Location Habsiguda - Hyderabad , New Town - Kolkata and Vishakhapatnam
Shift timings - 9 - 6 PM EST (NEW YORK TIME) , 6.30 pm to 3.30 am IST
