Key responsibilities:1/ Develop and maintain a preferred manufacturer status with key A&D firms.
2/Drive and grow profitable sales of Mac window coveringproducts with key A&Dsandbuying groups/affiliations.
3/ Communicate and implement pricing, marketing programs, promotions, and initiatives to drive the business
4/ Executing new product launch initiatives with A&D.
5/ Set the stage, find facts, listen and present the total Macvalueacross all product segments which may include cross-selling residential products to meet the customers need
6/ Regularly make joint sales calls with key stakeholdersthe primary emphasis to close business
7/ Monitor and evaluating the market, activities and products of the competition
8/ Prepare monthly reports of activity, results, action items, business transactions.
9/ Represent Macin a professional manner when engagingwithA&Ds.
10/Identify and recommend programs, sales tools and products that can enhance and support successful sales activities in the target markets.
11/ Searches for and develops new business for incremental growth by establishing appropriate new accounts with strong potential.
12/ Network through industry associationsand social events.
Requirements :
1/ 5+ years of specification selling experience inthe same/related industry.
2/ Must have existing contacts/relationshipswith architects & designersalready in place, a well-developed network within the retail/hospitality/corporate/leisure sector at a strategic decision maker or influencer level.
3/ Strong computer skills
4/ Fluent with the English language (written &verbal)
5/ Excellent interpersonalandcommunication skills
