2 years. With process customer service / tech support. Preference would be experience in telecom
Areas of Responsibility:
1. Meeting SLA and KPIs
2. Customer Interaction trouble shooting
3. Level 1 support to consumer customers for data repair services.
Minimum Technical Knowledge Required:
Knowledge and experience on ticketing tools, chat platforms. Understanding of telecom industry, products, ISP related services, etc.
Note: Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediate or 15days.
