We have Urgent openings for Assistant Acquisition Manager- CASA- Sales for the Baddi locations.

CTC to be Offered: Upto 2.5 LPA + Monthly Based Performance Incentives

Grade to be Offered: Assistant Manager ( On the role of Kotak Mahindra Bank )

No. of Position: 5

Job profile :

To source customers for Current Account & Saving Account.
Customers to be sourced from individuals, small businesses, trusts, associations, societies, corporates.
Revenue Generation, Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention, Cost Efficiency Through Process
Hardcore sales mentality. Primary motivation from the achievement of targets. A hunter by orientation.
Should be well-groomed and presentable with ambassadorship qualities
Maximum Age Limit - 29 yrs

Preferred candidate From Banking, Insurance, Stockbroking, NBFC only

Qualification required: Minimum Graduate with appropriate experience in direct field sales

Note - Candidate Must have basic knowledge of Banking products & Role which he applied for.
