Roles and Responsibilities

Must have knowledge about Operation and Maintenances of following Utility Area

HT/LT System , DG Set & its auxiliaries , UPS , Battery Charger, Compressor & its auxiliaries HVAC System & its auxiliaries, VRV,Split Units , Water Management System - ETP/STP/RO /Softener & DM Plant, Boiler , Hot water generator , Heat Pump , Material Handling Equipments, Scissor Lifts, Shutters etc.

Working knowledge of automation/control system

Preventive, Predictive and Corrective maintenance of equipments

Daily and monthly MIS Preparation

Failure and root cause analysis

Maintaining daily Operational Checklist in Log books

Spare parts planning and inventory control

Preparation of WCM, ISO 9001,EMS, OHSAS,TS Documents

Required Candidate profile

Must have 4-5 years of experience in Utilities of a manufacturing plant.
