Job Description

PAN India Hiring.
Need 10 months and above International BPO Experience with good Technical Knowledge.
Qualification: Undergraduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate ( With the min exp stated above)
Freshers please do not apply.
Salary Upto 4.4 LPA + Relocate Bonus + Incentive+ Cab
Currently work from home. Depending on situation candidate has to relocate to Pune.
Requirements:
Candidate should Have Own System with Good Internet Connection.
Candidate should have,
1.Good Communication skills
2.Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
3.Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
4.Flexible to work in shifts.
5.Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills
6.Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
7.Good technical knowledge
