We have opening for HR Lead with one of our leading US healthcare company
Job Role: Lead
Work Experience: 5-10 years of experience (Age limit below 40 years)
Working days & Shift: 5 days working & 5:30 pm to 3 am(fixed shift)
Skills - Conflict Management, Grievance Handling, Employee Relations, Engagement Activities etc
Job Roles:
- Employee Relations (Conflict Management, Grievance Handling).
- Employee Engagement activities.
- Performance management, Attendance management.
- HR Operations.
- Employee file management.
Required Candidate profile
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Willing to work in Night shift
- Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
- Self- starter, ability to work independently in multitasking environment and balance workload based on priorities is highly recommended.
- Excellent sense of responsibility, collaboration and teamwork in addition to operating as a high functioning individual contributor.
- Must possess basic level of MS-Excel skills and analytical abilities.
Other location candidates comfortable for relocation to KOLKATA
