Looking for a Senior Executive to manage sales, business development and merchandising for Tata Croma for Telangana & Andhra Pradesh.

Location - Hyderabad.

Candidate should be open to inter city and intra city travel.

Job Description Below - 
Responsible for evaluation of store performances with regard to OL of the assigned stores and evaluation to be done in terms of store profitability, target achievement, employee performance, product knowledge, product display
Supporting the store managers to achieve OL store target .
Track and measure sales and profitability of OL and perform analysis to determine impact on over all category.
Conduct analysis and periodic review, competitive, category, customers , trends to enhance the brands equity and performance
Working with cross functional teams to identify programs that maximizes brand visibility , supporting execution of programs in stores to generate incremental sale.
Alliance to build Own label awareness and gratify customers
Accomplish the financial goals by communicating all promotional programs and operational standards to each store manager.
Inventory assessment for private label from time to time (as and when directed)
To ensure that all stores in his area exceed sales targets as a top priority.
To ensure smooth operations of the supply chain as a Job responsibility.
To formulate & communicate strategy and ensure regular execution of the same.
To use customer feedback and ensure a consistent, quality store experience for customers.
To be responsible for business development & look out for new business opportunities.
Has to be updated with the current economic trends to formulate and apply it on the stores under this jurisdiction in order to avoid business failures and loss of sales.

Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
