Uregent opening for Qaulity control with leading Pharma Industry at Baddi location (Himachal Pradesh)

Profile - Qualiy Control

Segment: Raw Material Sampling & Finished Goods

Experience: Must have experience in Quality control Analyst of Finished Goods or Quality control of Raw Material in Sampling.

Job Description

1. Ensure the timely execution of Sampling of raw material per defined procedure/SOP.

2. Preparation of various type of protocols and reports based upon the requirement.

3. To ensure the Compliance with respect to cGxP and Pharmacopoeia amendments.

4. Initiation and compilation of various QMS documents like Change control, OOS, OOT, Deviations and Lab incidence.

5. Ensure testing of Raw material as per defined STP and timely.

6. To ensure the proper cleaning of sampling booth, sampling utensil and compilation of its records.

7. Analysis of Vendor Approval Samples.

8. Ensure analysis of Raw Materials as per requirement from Outside Commercial Lab.

9. Preparation of volumetric solution & standardization, preparation of reagent and indicator as and when required.

10. Preparation of specifications and STPs.

11. Calibration of routine usage instruments such as Balance, pH meter and Conductivity meter, as and when required.

12. Labeling on approved RM and related to documentation.

13. Data entry in SAP system.
