Greetings from Kotak Mahindra Bank We at Kotak Bank are looking for dynamic sales professionals for the position of Trade Relationship Managers for Punjab ( Ludhiana, Jalandhar & Panipat) locations.

Designation: Trade Relationship Manager

Department - RL- Branch Banking

Grade: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager

CTC Offered- Upto 6.50 lac +incentives

Job description

1. Acquire New to Bank Trade and Foreign Exchange Customer

Acquire quality Current Accounts Customers who are dealing in International Trade
Identify target markets and Segments
Ensure to increase the market share in your area
Ensure the required AQB/AMB as per the budget.

2. Trade and FX Revenue

Ensure TFX revenue budget through self-sourced a/c.
Commission and Rates to be fixed in the system.
Activate the first trade transaction.
Cross-sell Forward contracts
To ensure that 100 % FD backed LC/BG cases are closed and delivered

3. Acquire New to Bank Trade Asset Customer

Identifying and acquiring New to Bank working capital limit customer with Trade limits viz. Buyers Credit, PCFC, LC, BG etc

Job Requirements :

2 - 8 yrs experience in new customer acquisition.
Knowledge of banking products and distribution
High entrepreneurial quotient.
Flair for working in a multitasking environment.

Preferable from BFSI / NBFC background
