Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a C.E.O for our eCommerce startup that deals in Automobile Tyres for PCR segment. He will be handling all departments and team . He will be the master mind in strategy and policy planning and will report to the Managing Director. He will have to manage the budget within limits and achieve the targets. He will be traveling 70% of the time and will have to visit the vendors in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai & Hyderabad frequently. Your role will be more of an entrepreneur as you will be handling the company with minimal directions from the management and investors and will be eligible for a Profit Share of 20% in excess of salary with Annual Base.

Education:

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG: MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, Marketing, Other Management

Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
