Role & Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall camp management and maintenance with the ability to perform independently within established policies and procedures under the general direction of an administrative superior.
Fill and maintain record of administrative forms and documents in accordance with the Company rules and Camp standards.
Assumes responsibility for daily/weekly/monthly camp attendance summary and other necessary camp report including sewage reports, sickness reports, mess reports etc.
Fill and submit the time sheet and attendance register of the Camp Operational team on a daily basis.
Timely submission of all reports to Management or QHSSE Manager when requested.
Prepare and maintain Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports as laid out by the Company established policies and procedures.
Supervise and take part in the training of camp operational staff, according to the rules of HSE, Food Hygiene and Safety, HACCP, etc.
Conducts inspection and requests for maintenance and repairs on camp facilities including plumbing, painting, carpentry, cleaning, security management and electrical works.
Carry out regular inspections of the accommodation, common areas, dining area, stores (dry and cold rooms) and ensure that cleaning and maintenance work have been carried out in accordance with Company rules and all applicable camp standards.
Maintains liaison with Company Doctor and Medical Team in the company.
Assumes responsibility for security of camp facilities and camp personnel.
Maintain Monthly Inventory with reported expiry date of all items and order all required items without delay.
Responsible for the effective cleaning of the messhall/kitchen and its premises, in accordance with the food Hygiene and Safety rules.
Ensure food is supplied to the camp occupants on time and supervise food quality before supply.
Ensure that housekeeping of the accommodation is carried out in line with all applicable standards, company policies and procedures, every day and whenever required.
Ensure COVID 19 preventive and precautionary measures laid down by Company is strictly complied with.
It is compulsory to be always present in the camp.
Candidate Profile:
Diploma / vocational school or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
Min. 10years of experience as a Camp Boss in the construction field.
Vast experience in the Armed Forces is desirable.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a multi environment/ nationality.
Strong personality accompanied with good administrative skills
Has the ability to work under pressure and within complex situation.
Ability to maintain financial records.
Excellent communication & computer skills.
