Job Description

This is to apprise you that we are urgently looking for graduate candidates having excellent comms skills to provide service to our clients. candidates should have provisional/degree of graduation.

we need candidates to provide verbal assistance over the phone.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Need to understand the customers problem and can articulate.

2. Great listening skills, soft spoken.

3. Comprehend and can resolve customer issue.

4. Ready to work in 24*7 environment.

Eligibility and Experience:

Graduates are required with degree or provisional (NO Btech)

1 year experience is required in RCM ,

2 year experience for helathcare billing and claims.

Salary:

Upto 4.3 lacks.
