PO can not be released without a Passport.. --------------------------------------------- Primary Skill (must have ) : Automation Tester with experience on ServiceNow platform Secondary Skill (nice to have / optional ): Exposure to ITSM process, Hands on Agile experience --------- High level Requirement Experience with Service Now platform andAutomated Testing Framework (ATF) Experience working in an Agile software development environment Experience with Manual and Automation testing Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Bachelors degree in related field ----------- Role & Responsibilities: Create and maintain test cases/scripts for manual and automation testing Develop test automation solution across multiple platform (Web, UI, API, Reporting, Database, ETL) Perform Functional, SIT , Regression testing Clearly communicate issues/ defects/risks to appropriate resources in a timely manner Collaborate and work closely with Development team to resolve defects. Document and manages defects. Collaborate with team members, create test documents and test plans.
