Hexaware is hiring Professionals for Behavioral Lead Trainer - Nagpur Location
JD -
The primary role of a behavioral trainer is to lead and manage all BPS training activities and beyond. Develop, periodically review and implement project-specific and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), training for new and existing employees as per the pre-defined goals with respect to behavior, communication and leadership training processes/activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Formulate or assist in formulating training outlines and determines appropriate instructional methods for specified training needs and effectiveness.
- Create or assist in the selection and/or creation of training aids including training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, LMS / computer tutorials, and reference works.
- Attend periodic seminars, meetings, or other training as required to ensure currency of own professional development.
- This role will support internal and external Learning & Development training initiatives for the organisation
- Works with Learning & Development Leadership to review, evaluate and modify existing and proposed programs.
- Conducts train-the-trainer sessions for new training staff & support teams as necessary.
- Provides input on changes to improve curriculum, training environment build, or other training deliverables.
- Completes basic assessment of end-user learning gaps and make recommendations for learning solutions.
- Works with business partners to define learning solution objectives to ensure the impact can be measured and is linked to business goals.
Requirements -
- 1-3 years of prior training experience in the behavioural and communication training space/domain from a BPO
- Excellent Communication skills
