We are seeking top notch IT Staffing Business Development Manager - BDM.
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for establishing new Client relationships through cold calls, networking, and strategic sales activities. The BDM will be responsible for developing relationships with hiring managers, directors, on-site vendor managers and HR managers.
We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a proven business development background within the staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have previous experience selling contract, contract to hire and direct hire staffing solutions to clients on a regional and/or national basis.
Job Requirements:
We are looking for a highly motivated and Experienced Sales / Account Manager. (full-desk recruiters are also welcome to apply).
Qualified applicants will have a record of success in a sales/account management role selling staffing or other professional services into fortune 500 client base.
Ideal candidate must be from Recruitment / Staffing or IT Consulting industry, with minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Account Management / Client services in IT Consulting or Staffing.
Define and implement strategies to Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with existing and new clients for Wizardtech.
Good Experience in managing MSP / VMS & Implementation Partners like (NESS USA ,CTS, HCL, Infosys, TechM, and Mpahsis) is required.

* Demonstrated ability to develop and foster relationships to establish a new business.
* Achieve sales quota, establish direct vendors.
* Customer service skills to manage and develop existing clients' accounts
* This position requires self-motivated individuals with a desire to perform and grow.
* Successful candidates must possess a strong work ethic with integrity and have a unique ability to plan, build, and manage the recruiting cycle to generate new business Required
* Compiling sales leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective business.
* Secure qualified job requirements from existing and new clients
* Maintain and expand business relationships with existing and new clients
Qualifications:
* Bachelor*s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or similar fields
* Proven track record of professional sales with established credibility in past successes.
* Proven ability to network and build client relationships from the ground-up to establish a new business.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* The candidate should be PC literate in the Windows environment with specific knowledge of MS Word, Internet Explorer, and Outlook.

-Basic Knowledge of Computers/IT, BIGDATA, CLOUD computing, RPA,AI ,Java , .net , Databases and web based language

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization
