Job Description: - The Technical Recruiter will be tasked with finding and qualifying highly skilled consultants and direct hire candidates within the IT and other space(s) to fill open positions for our nationwide client base as well as support the bringing on new clients through collaboration with business development. Leveraging outbound phone calls and email to build relationships (this is a contact sport. Must have high daily volume of outreach) with our network and build a full cycle recruitment desk.
Roles and Responsibilities: -
Experience in international Recruiting/Staffing/Consulting Business across USA.
Good in Sourcing, Submissions, negotiate salaries, scheduling interviews, extend offers, explain benefits, etc., Setup web-recruiting strategy, selected web search tools (Monster, Dice, CB, Tec fetch, etc.).
Good experience in requirement analysis, sourcing and screening resumes, Must have knowledge about Boolean keywords, Time zones (EST, CST, PST), US Visas (Green Card, EAD, TN, H1B), Tax terms (W2, 1099, Corp-Corp, Per-diem) and Geography
Experience in Visas like - OPT, H1B, TN, EAD, GC & USC
Worked on Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Contract to Hire, Right to Hire and Remote positions.
Should have good experience in working with direct client/ Prime vendors requirements, Work on different technical requirements of company major clients.
Good experience in working with consultants on various visas US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B and TN visa holders, for numerous positions.
Prepared and formatted resumes with letter head and submitted directly to hiring manager or HR and Negotiated terms of employment (e.g. hourly rates, salaries, bonuses, etc.).
Sourcing / data mining from various Job Portals Viz. Dice, Monster, Tech Fetch, LinkedIn, The Ladders, Resume Bucket, Google Groups, and Referrals.
Proficient at successful sourcing of candidates via Internet sources using BOOLEAN Search Strings and online resume database.
Excellent interpersonal and applicant assessment skills. Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
Recruitment of US IT professionals for onsite US projects, involving resourcing & screening of technical resumes, taking preliminary technical interviews, resumes formatting, negotiating pay rates/contracts, arranging interviews, follow ups, offer release and joining formalities.
Source candidates through various job portals, referrals and networking. Responsible for handling requirements from US based Direct / Indirect clients.
Identifying the right candidates residing in US or candidates holding valid US work permit, by Searching job-sites, internal database and referrals.
Coordinating with the clients Companies & candidates for interview scheduling.
Proactively building resume database for upcoming/highly potential requirements.
