Desired Candidate Profile

Monitoring day-to-day operations & share of wallet

Analyzing key Lane's performance of first & last mile operation

Emphasizing to enhance the client's satisfaction

Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation

Coordinating directly with clients, operation & billing

Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business

Performance review meeting with prospective clients to enhance the base

Tapping grey areas of concern and implementing needful actions to sort on ASAP.

NDR management, performance report evaluation, regulatory paperwork support

Sharing MIS reports with allocated clients ( Automation)

Proactive input in external & internal flaws /Changes

Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy

Should be a one-stop solution for clients

Develop clear understanding of the internal & external requirement

Skills & Expectation

Proficient in MS office especially, Excel, Word and Powerpoint

. Good communication skills, analytical, Go-getter attitude

. Quick learner, presentable & reliable
