Job Role:-
  1. Redress customer needs pertaining to cash, DDs, cheque deposits, general information.
  2. Speed and accuracy of transaction
  3. Providing quality of experience that will ensure retention and positive word-of-mouth
  4. Cash transaction with customers
  5. Back up to Branch Operations manager
Job Requirement : 
  • Customer Orientation
  • Understanding of KYC norms and min 1yr of  work experience of  Banking/ NBFC operations.
  • Good Communication  skill 
  • Basic understanding Banking

Education:

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:  Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
