Roles and Responsibilities

Review & processing of health claims which includes performing eligibility checks, document validations, quality assurance, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduates - B.Sc./B.Com/BBA/MBA (No result awaited/ pursuing full time education) with experience in Life/Health/Annuities Claims processing.

Essential Skills

Life/Annuities/Health product experience in policy admin/ Claims processes
Good Communication & problem solving skills
Ability to Identify, research, and resolve problems
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing outstanding customer service
Ability to independently work well with internal and external customers
Basic Computer knowledge along with typing speed of 20 words/minute
Insurance knowledge
