10-12(6-10 years for developers)years of hands-on core development skills which includes coding in C#, SQL, WCF & WPF
Must be strong in SQL server with experience creating, maintaining and performance tuning stored procedures.
Good understanding of OOPs concepts and principles.
Strong understanding of SOLID principles & design patters.
Must have experience in creating & maintaining windows services and building Windows Apps using WPF
Basic understanding of Message Queue and Queue processing
Having knowledge/experience in BDD using SpecFlow is a great advantage

Technical skills required

C#
WCF and Windows Services/Server Side Development
Entity Framework
MS SQL Server, T-SQL
Asp.net
Mocking, NUnit, Specflow or similar
IOC Container
WPF, Silverlight*
MVVM, Prism

Desirable Skills but not necessary

BDD using Specflow
Team City
MSMQ, WebSphere MQ

Note : Following skills are must for Tech Lead and at least one developer ( it is fine if others do not have)
