Work Location- Chennai (6 Months Contractual Position)
Desired Candidate Profile
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or similar.
- Demonstrable experience more than 5 years as an Application Support Engineer in a related field.
- Good knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS, and networking.
- Advanced knowledge of front end and back end programming languages, such as C++, C#, .Net framework and JavaScript.
- Exceptional communication and written skill.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skill.
- Good understanding of software development cycle.
- Experience in client handling and vendor management.
- Ability to document SOP, user manual and configuration changes.
- Flexibility in working 24*7 environment at rotational shift.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the IBM MQ is advantageous.
- Ability to provide front end support to internal clients and remote-located clients.
- Advanced proficiency in determining the causes of application errors and troubleshooting them.
