Job Description

Experience

  • The applicant should have 8-10 years experience in Public Relations (Agency Priority)
  • Experience in large account and team management
  • The candidate should have exposure to business lead acquisition and the entire business development process
  • Ability to quickly understand client's business for quick pitch creation is the priority
  • Should be articulate while giving strategic inputs and advice to clients
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Should have an entrepreneurial mindset

Responsibilities

  • The individual would be responsible for looking at the existing operations and adding to the revenues of the organisation
  • The candidate will be responsible for networking, new relationship management and lead generation
  • The candidate should be able to work on the required marketing collaterals
  • He/she is expected to quickly understand the clients' business environment, clients' business objectives and work on a strategic communications approach
  • The candidate should be able to work in a high stress environment, under tight deadlines and meet the agreed goals

70% of the job involvement would be on Business Development and 30% on Client Servicing.
