Fertilizers Marketing & Sales Representative @ AMP India Foundation

Reputed Fertilizers Company is hiring Marketing and Sales Representatives in West Bengal  

1. Designation/Post: SPECIALITY FERTILISER ASSISTANT (SFA)

• Qualification: Preference will be given to B. Sc. Agriculture

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in Agri-lnput Marketing.

• Age: Below 35 years

Remuneration/Salary: Rs. 15,000/-(CTC) per month 

Job role:

 • To keep updated with competitors' strategy, pricing, products etc.

 • To assist in identification of the new channel partners.

 • Sale of Speciality Fertilizers.

 • Visiting farmers/retailers & making them aware of the products

 • Need to follow up with retailers and distributors to generate the demand for the products;

 • Collection of sales proceeds from retailers/distributors & deposit of the same in the Bank.

 • Making farmers' group and enrolling them with app/portal.

 • To ensure Sales through POS at society/retail/distributor on day to day basis.

2. Designation/Post: SPECIALITY AGRONOMY ASSISTANT (SAA)

• Qualification: B.Sc. (Agri.). M.Sc. (Agri.) with Agronomy will be preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 7 years in Agri-lnput Marketing will be preferred

• Age: Below 40 years.

Remuneration/Salary: Rs. 35,000/- to Rs. 40,000/-(CTC) per month

Job role:

• To prepare crop-wise and area-wise product specific literature .

• Marketing & Sales Planning of Speciality Fertilisers

• To prepare plans for the conduct of the promotional activities and monitoring thereof.

• To attend the farmers' meetings and other activities as and when required

• To keep updated with competitors' strategy, pricing, products etc .

• To guide and advise the Speciality Field Assistants in day to day working.

• Other Requirement: Two-wheeler is mandatory
