CALL HR VIVEK 7290066***Data entry operator is responsible for performing data entry work using a computer system and appropriate software.
Entering, Updating, Researching, Verifying and / or retrieving data into / from various documents such as PDF, PPT, Excel and MS Word Files or other data sources and ensuring the accuracy and confident.
- Should have Good Data Entry Skills.
- Minimum 20 to 35 WPM typing speed.
- Should be attentive to the tasks assigned.
- Responsible enough with the data maintained and documented.
- Accurate interpretation, compilation and entering of data in the computer system
- Proper analysis and verification to ensure data integrity
- Identifying of company names, contact details, nature of businesses and all such other information required from time to time from the web .
- Completion of required task within the desired deadline
- Should have good documentation skills
- Should be well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Internet Search.
- Should be able to analize the information
- Should identify errors if any and correct them.
- Should have problem solving skills.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding the information being dealt with
- Such other work as assigned from time to time
