Roles and Responsibilities

Selection Recruitment of Departmental Staff.
Joining Formalities.
Preparing Monthly Wages Sheet for Workmen.
Ensure to License under Contract Labor(R&A), Registration, Renewal.
Statutory Compliances and Legal.
Dealing with different Labor Law Functions relating to Construction Industry like Provident Fund, ESIC, Bonus, Workmen Compensation, Minimum Wages, Contract Labor Rules & Regulation.
Day to Day activities of office such as Daily Attendance, Office Pantry, Leave/Absentees Approval.
Preparing & Implementation of HR Policies.
