Job description
SHOULD BE B-TECH/ M-TECH IN CIVIL ENGINEERING
Should have 15 to 20 years Exp. in building Industrial Sheds and and well versed in Execution, Understanding Drawing, Quantity Survey, Labour Handling, Billing , R.C.C. work and Complete the project from start till end.
Maintain proper records at site including Material, Drawings, Supplier Bills and Material test reports.
Experience in dealing with Government Contracts and Industrial sheds are necessary. Should be able to deal with railway officers and complete the project within stipulated time period.
Should have knowledge of P.E.B. Structures and their erection. General understanding of contract administration for day to day discussion with Railways.
Will be responsible for getting the Project completed within Time lines, Cost and Quality Parameters and also responsible for Contract Management and monitoring at site level.
Ensure Civil, and Other Necessary Jobs completed at Site within defined criteria. Cross Functional Coordination with purchase, finance, HR and other related dept.
Must be technically sound on Project execution, Project Monitoring and Control.
Able to review specifications and implement approved designs at Site / Project Level.
Can create checklists for Site review or Inspection.
Should be able to solve project related difficulties including drawing, material and Labour .
Lead team of civil engineers at site and have good knowledge of civil project execution.
