Job Description
The Admissions Officer is a crucial role with a range of internal and external customers to deal with. Attention to detail and excellent administration skills are a must as is the highest level of professionalism in order to support the Admissions and Marketing strategy for driving attraction, recruitment and retention of students at Oakridge International School - Gachibowli.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Will be the first and continual point of contact for prospective parents from inquiry through to the enrolment of new students at the school.
- Follow best practice in the Admissions process: for eg Taking a client service role, be customer-focused and front of house and represent the school to potential or existing parents, their representatives.
- Visit management: Organise and conduct visits for prospective parents, ensuring the maintenance of high-quality customer care at all times.
- Responsible for the WOW school tour experience of prospective parents.
- Admissions recording and reporting: Communication and customer service:
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience within a customer-centric, transaction-based administration process is an
advantage.
- Education Admission experience is desirable.
- Experience of having worked within a service delivery sector.
- Familiar with international education and have some understanding of the ex-pat community in
India or abroad.
