Job Description

We are hiring sales Manager for Turnkey Interior Fitouts Company

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Candidates must be energetic, ambitious and hardworking
  • Having an innovative approach, ability to understand the prospective needs of the market and develop business opportunities
  • Proven record in sales, ideally design and build/interior fit out Should have skills for technical presentation and commercial negotiation
  • Meeting Individual Clients, Architects/Interior designers, developers for getting new business for the company Involved in detailing and discussion with architects/clients for discussing the scope of work
  • Coordinating and getting the layouts and Shop drawings approved by the clients/ Architects Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities
  • Handling the sales process start from pre-sales approaches to after-sales services
  • Should have good contacts in the industry and market to be used for business generation and growth Forecasting
  • Sales Target for the team as well as individual.

  • Ability to work under a defined timeline to deliver
  • Approach to develop & maintain Networking & Contacts
  • Team Management keep healthy & professional relation with store team & management Excellent business communication (English) skills, both verbal and written
  • IT skills (MS Office, including MS PowerPoint and other marketing tools)
