Job Description
About the Role
Strategic Services is a team on the Strategy and Solutions group that manages a diverse set of core and critical functions for all of BPMCP and, in some cases, the broader BPM community. This position on the Strategic Services team will h elp drive a consistent strategy and operating model across the BPMCP group, and s upport core and critical daily BPMCP operational needs.
Responsibilities
The primary functions of the position include, but are not limited to the following:

- Onboarding/Off-boarding
- Equipment Management
- Facilities Management
- Document and Access Management
- BPMCP Service Desk and Survey Support
- Legal and Regulatory Adherence
- Other core and critical functions for BPMCP
- Consults with management and business partners on matters of significance regarding strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for the applicable business functions. Such consultation includes discussion of alternatives and implications.
- Presents to executive management on business performance and recommends strategies to implement changes and improvements.
- Utilizes thorough knowledge of BPM and/or enterprise to support and drive strategic initiatives for the business.
- Provides work direction to lower level staff. Leads support functions and/or operations /production oversight usually for BPM CP and, in some cases, the broader BPM community across the Enterprise.
